Documentation Requirements:

We make the request for additional information in support of our disabled customers, both to make sure we can provide the right facilities and to ensure that this system is not abused. Our intention is to better understand how you disability may affect you whilst at this event and ways in which we can assist you.

If you do not wish to provide the information here, please inform us and we will be more than happy to contact you to discuss.

We would request a copy of the DLA or a doctors letter if that is suitable. Details such as reference numbers and values can be blocked out.

All details received will be processed and kept securely, once reviewed they will be destroyed. No documentation related to the is request will be retained after the event.

 The Procedure

Please purchase all your required tickets with the exception of the carer/PA, once they have been purchased you are able to request your complimentary ticket using this form.

If you have not heard within one week of your application, please email info@marshfarm.co.uk, quoting DAAF and the carer/PA name.

We require requests to be submitted within two weeks of the ticket purchase and the last date for online and postal request to be processed will be Monday 4th August 2014. Please contact us direct on 08450 345111 if you are making a purchase after the 4th August. We regret we cannot process registration on the day.

Additional Information

There are large areas of this event that are held on mown grassland.

Some parts of the festival will be extremely loud.

Marsh Farm has a superb disabled changing and toilet facility, it is a large space, it offers an adult platform and hoist, toilet and adjustable height sink. A privacy screen is also available in this area. We also have two standard single disabled toilet units permanently on the farm.

  • Viewing area spaces at the main stage are limited.
  • Disabled Parking spaces are limited, and will be issued on a first come first served basis. In the event a space is not available, we will have a designated area in which you can park for your party to disembark your vehicle and then the vehicle will be required to parking the general parking area if suitable/required. Please note our overflow parking areas are Greenfield spaces.
